2021 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine Announced

On October 4, 2021, the Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institutet announced its decision to award the 2021 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine jointly to David Julius, PhD, and Ardem Patapoutian, PhD, for their discoveries of receptors for temperature and touch.
